Job Description:





Technical Support (Voice based)


ü  Troubleshooting
Hardware/Networking/OS related queries of our global customers
Over Phone which involves working in different time zones


ü  Take calls from Global customers and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally


ü  Deal with a wide range of products using a powerful information database


ü  Provide remote solutions to problems, probe problems and explain the solution in such a way that non-technical users understand.


ü  Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 50% and above aggregate scores (Strictly 2005 - 2011 pass outs with no backlogs)


Experience


ü  0 – 3 of experience (BPO/Non BPO/KPO/Financial Services Industry).

  • Degree Certificate/ Provisional Degree Certificate(original)

  • Photo ID (Passport, Driving license, Election ID Card)

  • Offer letter/Revised offer letter/Pay slips (in case of experienced candidates)

  • 2 Post Card Size photographs of self (full body length with light background)
