There is a certain strange person that used to mention me on Google+ and whenever I’d click on the mention (I couldn’t resist I MEAN IT’S RIGHT THERE) I’d get slightly depressed. And I’d think, “Why Google? Why can’t I do the Google+ equivalent of “blocking” this strange person?”
Apparently I wasn’t alone on this, as Google has now given Google+ users the ability to control who has the power to up the count on the red blinky notification thingy in the right hand corner of your Plus bar. Hoorah!
Users can now adjust when notifications go off for individual sharing, mentions, hangout invites, play invites, messages sent and when users select the “notify about this post” function. But before you go get all drunk with this nascent power, you’ll still get notified if someone comments on your posts or adds you to a new circle, inexplicably.
Baby steps … Of course I don’t have the feature yet, because Google is rolling it out “slowly.”

How to Download Books from Google Book Store

• First of all install Greasemonkey  Add-On to your Firefox browser.
• Click on Add to Firefox and then on install Now button.

• Now Restart your Firefox and you will see a monkey icon adjacent to your Address bar.
• After installing this you have to install a user script Google Book Downloader.
• For this click on the install button and again on install button.

• Now you will see a message displaying Google Book Downloader installed successfully at the right bottom of your screen.

• Now go to the Google book store and find your book there.
• Here you will see a button saying Download this Book in the left panel.

• That’s it. Now you will be able read your desired book offline.

Note:- If you are not able to download book on clicking Download this Book button then install FlashGot Add-on in your browser. After installing the addon right click on the Download this Book button and select FlashGot Link option and then click start download button.

Downloading a book for free from internet is little bit a tedious task. Whenever you try download a book it asks you to purchase that book from like Amazon.com. Amazon has a biggest book store where you can find any book that exists in the world but to have that book you have to purchase that you cannot download the book for free from there. But Google Book Store gives you a option to read the book online so you don’t have to purchase that book. But to read a book you have to be online all the time which can be very difficult for you. Multiple Access GMAIL Accounts in Same Browser

Most of us have multiple Gmail accounts as it is rather inconvenient to use single email id for both professional and personal work.Earlier gmail doesn’t allow to access multiple accounts simultaneously in a single browser.To access your other email id you have to either logout of current account or login into new account from different browser. Now Google has introduced a new feature Multiple sign-in in Gmail by this you will be able two Gmail Accounts in same browser.

This will work in all browsers like Google Chrome,Firefox,Opera and Internet Explorer

Trick to Access Multiple GMAIL Accounts at a Time:-

• Login to your Gmail Account.
• Open Account Settings .

• Select Account Overview option from left panel
• In Security section look for Multiple sign-in option and click on the Edit button.

• Now check mark  ON option and also do check mark on all its conditions and then click on Save button.

• Now Sign Out of your Gmail Account and again login.
• Click on your Google profile image and then click on Switch Account option

• Now will get option to Sign in to another Account

• Click on it and login with your another Gmail Account there.

That’s it. By this trick you don’t have to open your Gmail Accounts in different browser.

The only limitation of this trick is that you cannot access multiple Blogger or Picasaaccounts.It works only for Gmail accounts.

BLOCK UNWANTED MAILS IN GMAIL

want to block some unwanted emails in gmail ?

JUST follow these steps

1. Login to your account

2. At the top-right corner, click on Settings

3. Under Settings, click on Filters

4. You’ll now see an option “Create a new filter“, click on it

5. Now in the Form field enter the email address from which you do not want to receive emails

For ex. you may enter abc@xyz.com in the From field to block all incoming emails from this address. However if you want to block the whole domain then use the following syntax: *@xyz.com. Now all the incoming emails from the domain xyz.com will be blocked.

6. Click on Next Step, select the action you’d like to take on the blocked emails. You may select the option Delete it so that the blocked email is moved to trash. To unblock the email, all you need to do is just delete the filter that you’ve created.

How To Open many Gtalk on a single PC 

(1). Download  Gtalk from Google.

(2). Run setup and Install it.

(3). Then Right click on the desktop and make a shortcut.

(4). Then a window will appear and in the Browse set the path of Gtalk like

("C:\programfiles\google\Google Talk\gtalk.exe")

(5). After the path in the Browse give a space and write   /nomutex 

("C:\programfiles\google\Google Talk\gtalk.exe" /nomutex)

(6). Then click on the Next Button and give name googletalk.exe and click on finish.

(7). Now whenever you will click on shortcut every time a new gtalk will open.

Hello friends, welcome back after the article "how to hack the hackers" today i am going to share with you another mind boggling tutorial that is "How to find who  is invisible or blocked you on Google chat/Gtalk". So guys are you ready to know that which of your friend has blocked you on google talk.

Whenever you noticed a contact in your Gtalk/Google Talk has not been online for some time, have it ever crossed your mind you’ve been blocked? If you are curious in finding out who actually blocked you in Gtalk, here’s a workaround you can try.
This following method we attempt to show make use of a chat client call Pidgin.

STEPS TO FIND WHO IS INVISIBLE OR BLOCKED YOU ON GOOGLE CHAT:

1. Download, Install Pidgin

Click here to download Pidgin chat client. If you already have Pidgin installed, you may skip this step.

2. Configure Pidgin for Gtalk

You’ll probably start with the below screen. Click the Add button. "Accounts -> Manage Account" will also bring you to the same screen. Let’s add Gtalk to Pidgin.

Clicking Add will allow you to add new Gtalk account. The following two screenshots show what you need to fill up for Basic and Advance tab, pay attention to those highlighted.

With all the settings properly entered, you should be able to connect to Gtalk and load your contacts successfully. Now let’s go find out who blocked you.

3. Who’s Blocking You?

When someone blocked you in Gtalk (and other IMs), they appear offline just like your other contacts who are really offline. Right click, click on Get Info, and we’ll see how to differentiate them.

The following image is a comparison of 2 different contacts: Actual offline (left) and Blocked offline (right). If you are blocked, nothing will be display under Buddy Information.

Undo or Cancel the Sent Email From Your Gmail

Accidentally hit the send button when you are composing the email to someone and you want to stop them at any cost or you want to review the composed email is correct or not before sending.

In a normal scenario its not possible to revert the sent email but in Gmail it has the feature with the help of "Undo Sent(its a Google lab function)" that allows you to revert the sent email within a fraction of seconds.If you enable this feature then your Gmail sending status also change with "Cancel" link, Just like this see the below image

How to unlock PDF files

 

Certain PDF files (like bank statements, credit card bills and phone bills) are not only password protected, but also locked to prevent any changes. 

You may have the password to open the file, but you can't modify the PDF or open it in an editor. To unlock these PDF files, just go to www.pdfunlock.com and upload the file.

If it is password protected, the website will ask you for the password to open the file. Then, all you have to do is click 'unlock'- and you'll be able to download an unlocked version (without security) of the same file.

Apart from the removal of the inbuilt security, the file is untouched.
