locations like Baroda, Bangalore, Mumbai, Mysore and Chennai. L&T IES has a clientele, comprising of Fortune 500 companies from several countries. With industry domains like Automotive, Aerospace, Industrial Products, Off Highway Vehicles, Embedded Systems, Ocean Engineering and Plant Engineering, L&T IES aims at providing the most cost effective engineered solutions to its esteemed customers.

The Pooled Recruitment Event:

The company is looking for energetic, positive thinking young engineers who will add value to its workforce and accelerate its growth in the above mentioned domains. The event now scheduled be held in Bangalore. The event is being coordinated by the Integration program of Vector, Hyderabad – the program is a part of Vector’s corporate social responsibility and is a purely non-profit initiative, it aims at bring candidates & companies on to a common platform.

Job Locations: Candidates will be trained at Mysore and posted at different locations as per requirements

Eligibility Criteria:

·         Those who attended the selection process of L&T in last 6-months are NOT Eligible

·         Once selected candidates should be prepared for immediate joining

Selection Process will consist of following Elimination Rounds:

·         WR Test: [Aptitude, Reasoning, Visual aptitude, Mechanical Aptitude, English]      

                       [Branch Core Electronics Subjects]. Test will be Objective Type. Throughout the process candidates will be judged on Communication, Aptitude, Branch Core Electronics

·         Group Discussion & written communication

·         Technical (Branch Core Electronics Subjects) & HR interview
